Whether you're already a RED owner, renter, or contemplating using RED on a project, this  workshop will show you the functions of the revolutionary Red One Camera, as well as discuss the most cost effective and sensible way to deck out the RED: from lenses to storage this workshop will help make the RED work for you on-set or on-location.



Eric Scott Latek graduated with a BS in Film Concentration, Visual and Media Arts / Mass Communication from Emerson College in 1998. Won "Best International Director", AFMA International Film Festival, "People's Choice Award", Adobe Digital Cinema, and "WOW" Award, Tampa International Education & Time Warner Film Festival for his short film
"A Life In The Day of Ringo Vings".


In the summer of 2002, Latek turned his attention to the documentary world with the feature film "Sweet Dreams. The story follows the lives of a Derek, a 19 year-old street bookie, and Italian Boxer Gary "Tiger" Balletto. He's now hard at work on a 12-part documentary series, Three Degrees, on the personal journey and sacrifices of 4 martial arts fighters as they move away from the ring and into a life unknown. Furthermore, Latek is hard at work with a feature on post-traumatic stress disorder experienced by firefighters, paramedics and rescue workers.

In 2008 Latek was noted by Filmmaker Magazine as one of the "25 New Faces In Film".
