A Case History: Building a Community Access (PEG) Station from the Ground Up - The Story of Ludlow Community TV
The vision was to create a "home" for Ludlow Community TV. One which would reflect the town's deep commitment and involvement. It would need to provide increased production and post production capability; it would need to encourage increased volunteer participation; It should encourage diversity of programming and provide a welcoming teaching environment for high school students. From the technical standpoint--it also needed to be ready for the future, with a clear and direct upgrade path to HD.

In this presentation we will view the process by which these goals were achieved , exploring the successful collaboration of the consultant with architects, vendors, contractors and the equipment integrator.

A fine road map for any city or town contemplating a similar undertaking.
